Let’s be honest, the realm of health and wellness often feels like navigating through a sea of contradictory advice and flashy marketing campaigns. Amidst the constant barrage of Instagram posts promoting the “next big thing” and promising quick fixes and miraculous transformations, it’s all too easy to get swept up in the hype.
However, not all trends are created equal. Some are straight up perplexing or misleading. That’s where I come in! I’m going to take you along with me and examine these trends thoroughly. While we’re going to approach this rooted in skepticism and critical analysis, it’s also important to acknowledge the potential placebo effects these trends may have and recognize the individuality of each body.
